The hotel has newer and older buildings, but if you don’t book a family suite, you’re put in the old, neglected rooms. The photos online are all of the newer building. We booked a triple room with a mountain view, but were first given a double room overlooking a noisy courtyard. When we challenged it, staff insisted it was the right room. The room was dirty, the floors hadn’t been mopped, ants were crawling around, and the furniture was sticky. We pushed to get the room we’d booked, but there still wasn’t a mountain view, just a power line, as pictured. For the first two nights, I couldn’t sleep because the old AC made it hard to breathe, and I started wheezing in the middle of the night. I guess its filter hadn’t been changed since the 1980s. We were told breakfast and dinner were included, but on the third night we were told dinner would cost extra. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The kids loved this place, especially the well-equipped playground and nicely designed kids’ pool. The rooms were fairly clean and in decent shape, though I think they should be sprayed more often for pests from the nearby small gardens. Food quality was acceptable, without anything to get excited about. What sets the place apart is the staff, whose promptness will really surprise you. Check-in was easy with private parking, and my family and I left with a memorable experience from our short vacation.

Everything was clean, and the employees were really friendly. It’s a great place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the sea. There’s plenty to eat, and the food is good and arrives quickly. Great place 👍

The pool was wonderful, the food fantastic, and the sea incredible. Great hotel and service too, one of my best experiences ever!
