Kids and teenagers can stay entertained here with all the pools and the small water slides. A shuttle goes to the beach every hour. The beach is beautiful, though a little rocky.

The location and layout catch your eye, and the air is clean. But from what I've seen, the pool, gardens, and site security have been neglected for the past three years. I hope the residents take action soon to bring the surroundings back to their former beauty and peacefulness.

I'm giving one star because some neighbors act like tricksters, parking right outside their doors to avoid looking for a space in the shared areas. Those areas are shared, so you can't just leave a bucket and claim a spot as your own. Then there's the person who says, "I have a child," and refuses to park in an empty space nearby, appealing for sympathy without showing any consideration for the other person. It's a shame. Maybe Gardenia has a parking problem, or maybe the real problem is neighborly ethics.

The complex is lovely, with plenty of pools and supermarkets close by. The beaches are about a five-minute drive, and Bodrum center is around 30 minutes away.

There are said to be about 600 houses here. It feels like a holiday in Bodrum, though the complex itself isn’t actually in Bodrum. The security and related services are good.
