My girlfriend and I were happy with every service we experienced. We had a lot of fun with the room service and social activities, and it felt worth every penny. It may be the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Bursa. We’re very pleased.

We chose this hotel for our staff as a corporate stay. Under our mutual agreement, they had to leave early, but we waited two months for the balance to be refunded. Since the hotel didn’t make the payments, we’ve taken legal action. Their bank is now in foreclosure, so we still can’t get any money back. Please be careful when choosing this hotel.

In general the hotel is fine, but breakfast isn’t good. If you stay here, I wouldn’t bother having breakfast.
