Liberty Fabay Hotel

We spent three days and two nights here, and I'd happily recommend a stay. The food was excellent, with nine different restaurants and something for everyone. Drinks were good quality too, without cheap substitutes. The staff were helpful, cheerful, and polite, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. They really made an effort to make everything just right for guests.

We loved the kids' club, and our seven-year-old had a great time there. There was also a good evening program and adult-only areas. The modern, tidy rooms had everything we needed, including an iron and hygiene kits, and the minibar was included. We also enjoyed the spa. The staff were polite, the food was great, and the place itself is beautiful. We had such a good stay at the end of the 2025 season that we booked for summer 2026 on our very first day. Can't wait to return when it's hot and enjoy the hotel again.

The family room in the Telmessos building was spacious, modern, and very clean. Thanks to the friendly cleaner for doing such a great job. We slept well, though now and then we heard noise that may have come from deliveries at the resort next door. There was plenty of daily entertainment and activities, and staff in general were helpful and approachable. Ella from the fitness team and the team at Balbura restaurant were especially good. Food was repetitive and not very good quality. Meat was often chewy or dry, with no sauces beyond the usual condiments and gravy. The Doner kebab at the food stalls was great, but needed a sauce such as garlic. Coffee was a real letdown: only three of more than twenty cups I tried over the week were drinkable. It was weak, made with poor beans, and often badly prepared. They only had long-life semi-skimmed milk. The alcohol wasn't premium quality either. Ice cream was just decent, with few flavours, and the strawberry one stained my kids' mouths red for a long time. The main restaurant was always busy, especially at dinner, when there were long queues for grilled meat. Its 7 pm to 9:30 pm opening window felt too short. We arrived at 10 pm on the first day and found no hot food, just cold sandwiches in Pisidia. In my opinion, that doesn't measure up to a five-star ultra all-inclusive resort like Titanic mardan, which served free hot à la carte meals around the clock. We booked a 110-minute treatment for two at ocean spa after Murat approached us poolside. It was nice while it lasted, but both treatments ended after 90 minutes, so we couldn't help feeling scammed. The kids' club staff were friendly, though the room could use more toys and seems better suited to children aged four and up. There were no slides or water toys by the pool, either. Reception was the worst part. They rushed us through check-in and out of sight despite not being busy, with no welcome, smile, or resort briefing. The same moody attitude was there when we left. That was a major drawback, and unfortunately we won't return.

We came back for a second visit and brought family this time. The rooms were amazing and very clean, and I recommend getting one with pool access. The staff couldn't do enough for us. When my mum tripped and fell on the second day, they offered to bring ice and breakfast to her room so she could rest. Our cleaner was lovely and laid out our towels, and the swim-up bar man remembered our order and had good recommendations. Both the Indian and Asian restaurants were incredible, and the buffet had plenty of variety alongside the usual favourites. There were activities for kids and adults, and the youth club was great for my eight-year-old when he needed a break from the heat. It was a good way to get him out of the pool for a while. I'd happily come back a third time.
