Tuna Hotel Mugla

The room was in poor shape: it was spacious, but there was no A/C in the bedroom, only in the living room, and the furniture and walls were stained. We also lost electricity for about 20 minutes during the night. The stay felt like a real nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Dinner was upsetting too. While we waited at the buffet, two staff members, including the chef, were arguing loudly in front of the food and blocking access, even though they could see us. The chef eventually motioned for us to serve ourselves but stayed in the way. When my wife reached for rice and politely declined his offer of chicken, he pulled the serving spoon from her hand and said, “I cooked, I serve,” rudely. I calmly asked what was wrong, and the cook grabbed my arm, pushed past me, and spoke in Turkish with a dismissive “do whatever you want” attitude. We reported it to management straight away and were told they’d deal with it, but no one ever apologized. The cook then continued walking around the restaurant acting smug and confrontational, as if nothing had happened. Staff shouldn’t take a bad day out on guests, especially through rudeness or physical contact. The lack of follow-up and accountability made the whole thing worse. We were extremely disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again.
