The reception team made our stay easy, especially the bald receptionist, who was kind, helpful, and funny. The terrace view was beautiful, the rooms were good, and we were comfortable overall. One cafeteria staff member, an older man, was rude and said things that made us uncomfortable. I hope management addresses that. This is one of the best hotels in Muş, and I’d recommend it for a short stay. Much love to the reception team, and I hope to come back!

We had a very good stay. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and reception service was really good. The only part we didn’t like was the older man in charge of breakfast, who was a bit rude.

The breakfast was below par, unfortunately. Still, it’s peaceful and right in the town center, with big rooms and kind, smiling, helpful staff. Similar hotels cost twice as much.

Good service and warm hospitality for the price. A very good hotel.

We picked this place for its central location, but it didn’t feel like a healthy choice. The single rooms aren’t suitable: there’s still a curtain in the shower and the sinks are yellowed. We barely made it through one night. I wouldn’t choose it before it’s renovated.
