10/10
The staff were so kind and handled all my requests. Esra, Mustafa, and Hakim were especially helpful, though everyone was amazing. The rooms were clean and breakfast plentiful. It’s a little farther from the center, but great if you enjoy walking around and exploring the city.

6/10
Only breakfast was good. The room was dirty, with tissues from the previous guest left on the bed, and the bathtub didn’t work. I expected a higher standard from the royal apartment, but it was a failure. The hotel feels stuck in the 90s. Management should put more effort into the place and train the staff. The service was nice, though, and I don’t think anyone should be fired. They should be trained instead. ☺️
