I felt at ease and welcome the whole time. The staff were so friendly and always happy to help, and the location was ideal, close to everything we needed. I'd happily return and recommend the hotel.

Mahran, the receptionist, really made a difference. He was courteous, professional, and quick to help, always with a genuine smile. His English was excellent, so it was easy to communicate, and he paid attention to what we needed. The hotel was clean and well cared for, with a warm atmosphere that made us feel at home from the start. Thanks to Mahran and the whole team, our stay in Turkey was comfortable and memorable. I'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting.

We were disappointed that our rooms weren't cleaned at all during the three nights, especially since I was hoping they'd be done on the last night. Breakfast was just okay, with a nice view, but it starts at 8:30, which felt late, and we ended up eating elsewhere. The location is handy, close to Hagia and the Blue Mosque, with tram stops nearby and the main metro a short walk away. It's affordable for the area, though not the best hotel.

The host was helpful, upgraded us to a better room, and let us leave our bags after checkout before we headed to the airport. Breakfast was tasty too. It's about a five minute walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and the nearby tram stop makes getting around easy. A really nice place to stay. We'd recommend it to friends and stay again if we come back.
