There are a lot of steps, so it may be difficult if you have mobility issues, though the doorman/security will help carry your luggage. Even at full occupancy, the maze of stairwells makes it feel like you have the hotel to yourself. The rooms are all different, and I doubt any would disappoint. It's in a quiet part of town, so there's not much nightlife. During the day, you can wander the streets and have tea on one of the many roof decks overlooking the city. The hotel's beauty feels like something from a fairytale. I work in travel and see amazing hotels, and this place still blew me away. Must see and stay, highly recommend it.

My mother and I spent four days and three nights here, and it was one of my best hotel experiences anywhere. Osman at reception was especially friendly and did everything he could to make our stay better. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. Fatma was very helpful and kind, and speaks English fluently. Our room was very clean. It's a really good hotel, so don't hesitate to book.

For the area, the price is quite affordable, yet the quality is outstanding. The rooms all look gorgeous and make you feel special. I thought the kitchen was among the best in Nevşehir and Cappadocia. The mezes are a must for me, with traditional tastes given a creative fusion touch. The restaurant itself is breathtaking and brought the Basilica Cistern in Istanbul to mind. The service team were warm, presented everything thoughtfully, and explained the dishes in detail. I'll return to stay and would recommend it to everyone.

The view is spectacular, and the surroundings are so peaceful. I loved the pleasing hotel design, and we really didn't want to leave.
