Sinasos Palace Cave Hotel

The room change the next day gave me at least a taste of the cave house. I was there for two nights, but the first room was just like a regular hotel room, apparently for some reason. It’s a nice hotel with a lovely design, and sitting outside the cave room was relaxing. A good experience overall. Keep improving!

We had the whole hotel to ourselves as a tour group when we stayed in February 2023. Great staff, lovely views, and a great room. The internet connection was poor, though. I’d stay forever if I could. Such an amazing experience.

The balloon, ATV, and horse rides around the area are experiences we’ll never forget. We also saw a balloon flying above ancient Cappadocia. Thanks for arranging such a great round trip, Freestays.eu staff. The hotel itself feels very special. Prominent, successful Turkish series have been filmed here, and there are old objects all around. The place is authentic, and I really felt transported back through the history of Turkey and CAPPADOCIA. The staff were so helpful and kind. We had a very pleasant stay, and we still talk about it. If you want to feel like you’ve gone back centuries, this place is a must.

Edited review: Sorry, there were three of us, so the 15 TL we paid worked out to 5 TL per person. The sign does say where visitors can go, but the receptionist wasn't helpful about explaining that part of the konak was a hotel and off limits to us. We asked directly and were just told to read the sign. Staff should say clearly, “You can only tour the area you see here,” and point to it, instead of telling people to read the paper. What we were allowed to visit was visible from the entrance. There was no real reason to go inside, since everything we could see was right by the door. I think the information I’ve given is correct, but the staff weren’t very honest about it. The 15 TL charge felt like a rip-off for one level of viewing, especially since they didn't tell us we couldn't see the whole konak.
