After a wonderful dinner at their village restaurant, The Old Greek House, we were welcomed into a gorgeous room at the Upper Greek House hotel. I've stayed in many places, and this ranks among my best hotel experiences. Each of its 17 rooms has beautiful, authentic decor. We had a warm welcome and breakfast the next morning was wonderful, with more variety than I've ever seen in such a big spread. Thank you for a lovely experience 🤍

Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water and Turkish towels. Part of it was built into the cave, while the front section let in lots of natural light. Sulamet was a wonderful host, spoke very good English, and gave us useful suggestions for things to do nearby. He even arranged our hot air balloon ride. Breakfasts were generous and varied. I can't think of a single criticism. I don't know why Rick Steves recommends other hotels in the Cappadocia region. Anyone visiting should stay here.

The cave room gives you an authentic stay, and breakfast is a nice bonus. You're in a historic village, with Cappadocia's sights only a short drive away. A lovely place in an ideal location.

We had a really enjoyable stay, and the amazing breakfast was a highlight. It's a beautiful hotel with kind staff who are always ready to help. Set a little higher up in Mustafapasa, it has wonderful views. We'd absolutely recommend it.

A charming bed and breakfast up on a hill in Mustafapasa. The staff were helpful and breakfast was great. We met the owner, then ate at his restaurant in town, where his wife cooks. A++! A Rick Steves tour group came through too, so we got to meet some fellow travelers.
