The food was excellent, and I really liked the beautiful hotel on my first trip to Cappadocia. But our room looked a bit dull, and I didn’t like its color. The bathtub had limestone and looked dirty, which wasn’t pleasant while bathing. Anything taken from the minibar costs extra. Service was bad: no hello or smile at reception or in the restaurant, and the waiters took ages with orders and bills. Some were rude, always rushing around and in a bad mood. When I asked for a mojito, they said they didn’t have one, so I ordered Sprite and used lemon and mint from the buffet to make my own.

The buffet dinners were served cold, and we never got hot water for a shower during our second night. First they said there was a breakdown, then made excuses about the hotel being full. The room was also excessively heated, and we struggled to sleep with the windows and AC on just to breathe. It was freezing outside. If you’re visiting from abroad, find somewhere else.

The rooms were very hygienic, and the buffet was great. It’s a little far from the main Cappadocia area, but I had an excellent experience overall. Amazing hotel.

The AC wouldn’t work in winter, and it was freezing at night. I couldn’t sleep. They came once to fix it, but it still didn’t work, and that was the end of it.

There are lots of shops nearby, and the hotel was good overall. Our room was a bit small. We checked out the gym and indoor pool, but found them a little creepy.
