Seandos Otel

The location is great, with the local bus station right across the street. Rooms were comfortable and nice, cleanliness gets a 10/10, and the staff were polite and friendly. The food service was the only weaker part: by after 9am most breakfast items were gone, and the menu wasn't varied enough. Still, it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're planning a trip to Cappadokia.

The room was clean and ready when my family and I arrived, the beds were okay, and the bathroom was clean with enough shampoo for everyone. The rest of the stay was poor, about a 3.5/10. Getting to any significant place of interest took at least 10 minutes by car. Dinner was horrible: very little variety apart from the salad bar, everything there was far too salty, and the soup and main course were cold and flavorless. Dinner was included, but drinks, even water, still cost extra. The water also stopped midway through my shower, and I had to call reception to get it fixed.

The food was awful, and we found hair in the salad. The bath hadn't been properly cleaned for a long time. Not acceptable. Don't come here. Even one star is too much.

The hotel was very clean and modern, and a real bargain for the price. I arrived in the area after 1am by bus, and someone on the bus called to ask if I could check in that late. Ahmet Ögültü was working and was incredibly helpful. He spoke with the person on the bus and arranged a taxi for me. When the bus dropped me at the wrong place, he helped me find my way despite not speaking much English, and got the taxi to pick me up. In the morning, Ahmet also helped me arrange a hotel in Kadocopia and figure out how to get there. Thanks again ✨
