Everything was close by, right in the center of Goreme, which made the location really convenient. Angela welcomed our family of four, including our 5-year-old, and upgraded us to deluxe cave rooms at no extra charge. Booking.com said children weren’t allowed, but Angela explained they could stay with supervision because of the narrow staircase. It felt quite safe, with a railing and everything. The rooms were huge, heated, spotless, and nicely kept. The bathrooms were even bigger than the rooms and had bathtubs. We really enjoyed the rooftop view at breakfast, which had lots of choices. All the hotel members were lovely and made us feel welcome. It was a luxurious cave stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for cave rooms in the center of Goreme.

Mrs. Angela made us feel at home with her warm welcome. We had a beautiful, spotless, well-organized room in this amazing cave-style hotel in Göreme, with a breathtaking panoramic view. The homemade traditional Turkish breakfast was excellent. A truly special stay 🙏🏻

Angela was such a warm, friendly host, and the breakfast was both delicious and filling. We wished we’d spent longer on the roof, the view was something else. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, and the price felt like great value. Don’t hesitate to book here, you won’t be disappointed.

Angela made a generous room upgrade without us even asking, and the team also booked all our tours. From the rooftop you get spectacular balloon photos, and the hotel faces the direction they take off. The rooms, breakfast, view, location, and management were all outstanding. We loved absolutely everything.

The terrace view was a highlight, with balloons in the morning and a jewel-like town view at night. Breakfast there was delicious, and the menu changed a little each day, so it stayed interesting over our two nights. Do try the freshly baked omelette. We came from Japan for our honeymoon, and this became my favorite hotel ever. Our room, number 4, felt like a romantic hideaway carved into a cave, with orange lighting and a spacious, comfortable bathtub. Emre and Osman were so kind, shared tourist tips, and kept helping with whatever would make our stay easier. They even let us use the shower by reception before our late-night bus, which was a big help. We were so sad to leave. I definitely want to stay at Taskonak Hotel again!
