The hot air balloons were the highlight for us. We could see them so close right outside the window, while at a nearby 5-star hotel we stayed in the first night, costing about three to four times more, they looked much smaller. The staff were all incredibly kind, the hotel was clean and beautiful, and breakfast was excellent. It’s a little outside the town center, but only about a 10-minute walk, so that was no real issue. We had a wonderful time and I’ll recommend it to my friends. Thank you so much!🖤

We watched the hot-air balloons at sunrise right from our room. The view was breathtaking, and the place felt cozy, clean, and peaceful. The food was delicious too, and the cats were the cutest! 🐱💛

At checkout I felt pressured to change my review. The staff member said my feedback was untrue and was rude when I explained what had happened. I had to ask repeatedly for the 10 euros I was owed for the massage, because he wanted me to change the review. I’d written it the day before, and no one mentioned it until checkout. The hotel advertises spa services, so I expected the massage to be provided through the hotel. Instead, they brought in another company and told me to pay cash afterward, with nothing explained upfront. When I asked to pay by card, I was told there’d be a 25% surcharge, which made an already frustrating situation worse. I didn’t have dinner because breakfast was stale and unappetizing. Bad service and bad food. I can’t recommend this hotel.

We didn't stay in a room, just paid to use the pool. It was great, with nice shade, grass, and a valley right in front of us. The hotel sits on the edge of town with a view, and the reception smells great when you walk in. I'd recommend the pool on a hot summer day, and would give the rooms a try too.
