The hotel was clean, but that was the only good part of my stay. I had booked at Lagun Palace and was moved to their other property, Lagun Castle, without a proper explanation. The bed was uncomfortable, and breakfast was poor and below expectations. The hot water was dangerously hot and nearly burned me. When I arrived with my luggage, a staff member saw me struggling and didn’t help until I was leaving. That showed a lack of attentiveness and basic hospitality.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Food was average but good, and the rooftop has an amazing view in the morning. There’s no parking area, though you can leave your car on the street in front. I found the two hotels facing each other with the same name confusing, especially since one was closed. At first I thought it might be a scam 😅, then realized there was another Lagun hotel. The road there feels somewhat scary at night.

We visited Yalova in September 2018 and stayed at Lagün Palas Hotel. It’s in a quiet, pleasant spot, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The staff were all lovely and did their best to help and make guests happy. Breakfast was five-star, with lots of delicious choices. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, and the bathroom was so spotless it felt like we were the first guests. We had a great experience and will definitely return. We highly recommend Lagun Palas!

The food was delicious, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. This small family hotel has modern decor, and the staff are kind and always ready to help. I recommend coming here for a stay and vacation.

A newly built hotel with a lovely atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the food.
