Nur Hotel

The staff were especially kind and polite, and I’m very grateful to Mr. Hassan. The hotel also worked really well for a family stay. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and breakfast was tasty. It’s in a great spot in Trabzon, with the city center and shopping centers easy to reach. I’d stay here again on my next trip and recommend it to others.

For the price, this was a very good option, and I’d choose it again on another visit. The staff were super friendly, especially Mr Eyup, who was helpful enough to feel like a brother. The hotel is close to the airport, Trabzon meydan, and nearby services, though the street entrance is narrow. Breakfast was ordinary. Our standard double room had an old mattress with noisy springs that I could feel in my back. I mentioned it to Eyup, and he offered to move us, but we had tours every day so I stayed put. The lighting was also too dim, with only small wall and dressing lights and a bedside light.

We could look out over Meydan Park from the rooftop while having breakfast, which was the best part. The hotel is also in a great location, with restaurants and a walking street all around, and Dolmus Station for Sumela / Uzungol is within walking distance. The photos don’t do the place justice, it’s much better in person. A great pick for travelers, too. The friendly staff speak English and can help with whatever you need for your plans.

Breakfast is simple but enough, and the dining room on the 6th floor has a nice view. The location is convenient, right next to Meydan, with restaurants, transport, and supermarkets nearby. My room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a reasonable price. Everyone was welcoming, and Ayub speaks good English. He helped me arrange a tour and a flight ticket, among other things. They also let me check in early, at around 10AM.
