Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and catering, this apartment is in a great spot and has a stunning sea view. It’s spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with an elevator and a password-protected entrance. Of all the apartments I’ve stayed in in Trabzon, this is the best. Fatma manages it with real care and kindness, and she’s always available to answer tenants’ questions.

The apartment is good and the place is beautiful, but there’s no reception. Abdulrahman says the manager has several places and lives in the same building. Her name is Fatima, so call ahead.

The view is wonderful, and the apartment is good, though it’s on a hill and somewhat hard to reach. I didn’t like how the owner treated me.

Very clean and roomy, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The owner is kind.
