We were welcomed in the parking area in front of the building, where a staff member came out to help us. The hotel is right in the center, and our room was clean, tidy, and big enough. Breakfast was good enough. What stood out most was the staff, who were very kind, attentive, and helpful. Many thanks for the great service, and I hope they keep treating customers this way. One issue: our first room allowed smoking and smelled strongly of it. They changed it immediately when we mentioned it. If you don't smoke, ask in advance for a smoke-free room.

We don't speak Turkish, but the staff found a way to take care of everything for us. The service was very good and efficient, and I'm grateful for the help they gave us.

The restaurant was amazing and everything was good. The service was great too. I think this is the best hotel in nidge, right among the restaurants, shops, and city life.
