Ramada by Wyndham Nigde

The hotel's location may be convenient, but after four nights over Eid I wouldn't recommend it. The service didn't match the rating, and the front desk, especially one female employee, seemed uninterested. Nobody apologized, offered compensation, or followed up properly. My main issues started right away: the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage and the electronic bidet didn't work. I reported both, followed up a second time, and a staff member came to inspect them. He said they were fixed, but neither problem went away. There was loud chair-dragging noise from upstairs at night, and housekeeping came into my room even though I'd put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign. That felt like a clear invasion of privacy.

There's a bar downstairs that sings loudly until 11. If you need a good night's sleep, don't stay here.

My room was spacious, and the hotel was good. Check-in and checkout were both smooth. Being able to speak freely in English with Beyza made the stay more enjoyable. Thanks again!

The room was wonderful, and the room service was great. I stayed for a week and really enjoyed the mountain view from the restaurant. It did get a little noisy at night with my window facing the street, but it wasn't a big deal. Thanks for the hospitality, and I'd happily come back if I get the chance. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.
