Konaks Otel

The service was good and the hotel has free Wi-Fi, but the place was really dirty. The bedsheets weren't clean, the towels had hair and stains, and the shower handle was broken. There were black marks in the shower floor corners. We asked for more toilet paper after finding only half a roll, but they didn't bring any, and there wasn't a tissue box in the room. The coffee cup handles looked oddly repaired, maybe glued, and the cups were broken. There was a closet but no hangers, and the elevator smelled awful. I don't know if I was imagining it, but the room felt strange that night. After we turned the lights off, I felt the bed move, then when we turned them on, they suddenly went off again. I told my family, and they said they saw the bedside table shift a bit too. I started crying and left the light on until morning. The next day, one of my older family members told me they'd seen the bedside table move during the night but didn't want to scare me because I was crying. My younger brothers were in the room with me. I had one sleep in the bed that I'd felt move, but he couldn't sleep either, saying his body was itchy and scratching in a strange way. I turned the lights back on and we stayed awake with them on all night. When I got up suddenly in fear, the lights seemed to switch off by themselves. The place is cheap, so maybe you get what you pay for. Who knows what really happened.

The staff, including Caner, Metin, Üğüzhan, Elif, and Nida, were kind and helpful, and the open buffet breakfast had a good variety. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I had an enjoyable stay. Recommended 🌺

The place was quiet and clean, and the service was okay. At checkout, though, nobody offered to help with my bags.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. They only spoke Turkish, though, so communicating was a challenge.
