While everyone was trying to sleep, staff were hauling a refrigerator onto a truck for some reason. It was noisy.

We chose lamb chops this winter since it wasn't the season for Tokat kebab. The meat had that thyme scent from the high-altitude pastures, and we really enjoyed it. We'd come here years ago for Tokat kebab, and this time the place seemed quieter and cleaner than before. The lamb comes from animals raised in the region.
