We booked a two-bedroom suite for five people and they provided a floor mattress for the fifth person at no extra charge. They also offered us a good price to upgrade to a three-bedroom suite for five, so we took it. The second and third rooms had dim lights and no windows. Daily housekeeping was provided. The main road gets very busy at the traffic lights in the morning and evening, with long queues of cars causing jams. If you’re a light sleeper, the road noise may bother you. The hotel offers a hamman spa, but we didn’t have time to try it. It’s best if you’re driving, since restaurants and grocery stores aren’t within walking distance. The toilet gets very slippery when wet, so young children and older people should be careful.

The room was clean, breakfast was great, and they brought me my own carafe of tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant place to stay in the heart of Bursa, and the complimentary spa treatment was a nice extra. Thank you.

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is beautifully maintained, but it was the staff who made the stay memorable. Tarek and Mert were especially friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and felt at home. I felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment I arrived. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and great service.

The room photos don’t accurately match the rooms, and some of the lights don’t work. The room’s internet barely shows one bar and doesn’t work. The TVs are some useless brand called NaviTech or something, which I’d never heard of.

I stayed at le luxe for five nights, and the room stayed clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept well after long days, and housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and ready to help with any request.
