The price was reasonable, but the rooms were too small and there was only one washroom.

My guest stayed there for 600 TL per night. It operates as a furnished 2+1 apartment, and pets are accepted. The price is reasonable, and the rooms are okay. It's normal for the price, but don't expect too much.

It really depends on which room you get. I wouldn't recommend the 1+1 on the 6th floor. On the 2nd floor, the 2+1 is clean and comfortable, with a gas stove, fridge, and electric kettle. The host is friendly and helpful. There are a grocery store and another grocery store nearby, and the center of Gerukle is about a 10-minute walk away. The downsides in that room are the lack of a table and chairs, with only a coffee table in the living room, and very limited dishes: two plates, two forks, an old knife, and one mug.

Our Indonesian friends booked a place here, and we went along to help them. The person at reception was unpleasant, with no politeness at all. The building felt more like a daily or hourly rental apartment than a hotel. It was obvious from the clothing and style of the people coming and going what the place was used for. The rooms our friends got weren't clean, and the bathroom had no hot water. They said they'd forgotten to top up the water card. We were completely disappointed. This place doesn't deserve even one star. The positive reviews here are supposedly made by Axis Group using fake accounts.
