The place smelled lovely as soon as we came in, and the staff were great about helping us. We had a spacious, luxurious suite that was clean and worked really well for our large group. Two showers and toilets made a difference, and the whole suite was air-conditioned. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a grocery store right next door. There were wardrobes, an iron and ironing boards, plus all the major TV channels. We stayed for two days and really enjoyed it.

We were three families and got a three-bedroom suite, which was clean, well kept, and worth the price. The hotel is right in the town centre, and the staff were polite and well mannered. Mr. Abdul Rahman at reception was especially helpful. We had to cancel one extra booking two days before our stay for personal reasons, and they refunded the full amount.

The location was the one good thing for me. The hotel seemed thrown together, poorly maintained, and pretty depressing. At first I figured it was okay for the price, but there are much better places for the same money or even less. I wouldn't stay again.

Our room was on the 5th floor, and the view was beautiful. It was really clean too, and the location was great, close to lots of nice places 😍!
