I came from Canada and stayed one day, then we agreed I'd stay for a full month and paid in advance. The man made me leave the room one day before the agreed date. I found him exploitative, the service was bad, and he doesn't pay his employees at all. Don't even think about coming here.

There was no internet, despite it being advertised. I've stayed at this same inn over the years, and it has never had internet; they never fixed it, and the quality kept getting worse. Hot water also wasn't available unless you asked for it, and the toilets were nasty. Someone tried to open my door at night!

We rented two rooms for two nights with friends, and both the rooms and hotel were very clean. The cleanliness, available services, and receptionist's good manners made our trip better. It's in a lovely area, near the metro and many important Bursa landmarks. If Bursa is your destination, this hotel deserves to be your choice.

Taner, the owner, went out of his way to make us comfortable, and also helped us with tour bookings. The location was excellent, as were the breakfast and bathroom. Our room was clean and comfortable. I'd suggest adding a bar fridge and an electric kettle with complimentary tea and coffee to each room. We had an enjoyable, comfortable stay and would definitely book at Bursa City Hotel again if I visit Bursa. I'd recommend it to anyone going there. Thank you, Taner.
