The service is good, and the people are friendly. It’s a clean hotel with a family feel, in a really strategic spot: restaurants are nearby, and a nice market and mall are about a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are average, with air conditioning in one and a fan in another. Nights are cool.

The location is perfect, and I hope the hotel does well, but the rooms were dirty. The floor and bathroom weren't cleaned properly, and the kitchen was horrible. There was also an electricity problem and slow Internet. One night for two adults without breakfast was 150TL.

We'd booked ahead and confirmed we'd arrive late, but when we got there at 12 am, there was a problem with the booking. The kids were exhausted after the taxi ride. The owner knew this, yet wouldn't open the door and kept ending our calls when we tried to reach him. He didn't help at all. I'm really disappointed and disgusted by his attitude and customer service.

We booked for one night, but couldn't sleep because the place was so dirty and unhygienic. The bed and bathroom seemed to have been used by many people without being cleaned. Our bathroom was broken and dirty, and it didn't even have a door. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

This felt like an apartment being run as a hotel, without the usual hotel service or setup. The electricity is often off, and they don't seem honest about it, repeatedly saying it will be back tomorrow. The review history suggests the place has been without power for a long time. It may also be operating without permission.
