Royal Capital Thermal & Spa Hotel

I was shocked and stressed when police came to my door around midnight with the receptionist and took me, along with my passport, to the station. My family had to stay alone in the room, worried. The officers were kind, offered me tea, and after about 1.5 hours explained and apologized: when my room was changed, the receptionist had entered my passport details incorrectly, which triggered an alert. I appreciate how the police treated me, but the hotel’s mistake caused needless distress for me and my family in the middle of the night. The front desk needs to handle this more carefully and professionally. This should never happen to a guest. It started when I checked in to Room 508 and found a dirty carpet and an AC that wasn’t cooling properly. I asked the receptionist to send maintenance. He came himself, checked the AC, then moved us to Room 207.

We came here for just one day to relax. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed breakfast with a beautiful view, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend the hotel and hope we can come back soon. ❤️❤️

The location works well, close to both the city center and the national park, and the prices are reasonable. The staff were friendly, though breakfast was modest. One of the rooms I was given felt damp and had a strong musty smell.

We felt so welcome and looked after by the staff the whole time. The rooms were really comfortable, and the hotel is beautiful with amazing views. Greetings from Mexico! Thank you so much!
