The gym was the one part that made me less comfortable. Its equipment was adequate, but the room felt dark and warmer than I expected. The rest of my business stay at Crowne Plaza Bursa was very pleasant. Breakfast had a good range of fresh vegetables, cheeses, olives, eggs, pastries, and other Turkish items. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and staff were professional and friendly. There’s a spa, a swimming pool, and a panoramic restaurant on the 19th floor with impressive views of Bursa. A large mall and supermarket are about 10 minutes away. I’d happily return, whether visiting for work or as a tourist.

From the concierge to the cleaners, everyone was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were spotless and really well appointed, and breakfast was amazing. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for a while.

After more than 80 nights here this year, I found it quite difficult as a long-term stay. Breakfast gets very monotonous. Although the room is tidied every day, it isn’t always vacuumed and dusting is often skipped. The bathroom floor floods when you shower. Street noise is loud in the evenings, even on the 15th floor with the window closed, and the ventilation is noisy even when switched off. The hotel has potential, but the food and sleep quality leave a lot to be desired.

We cut our stay short in the end and weren’t given a refund. The breakfast had variety, but the quality disappointed us. The Crowne Plaza Bursa feels dated, and construction and neglected areas nearby don’t make a good first impression. Reception staff were polite, though not especially helpful. The rooms are spacious but worn, and housekeeping wasn’t attentive. The spa is dated as well, and having to buy a swim cap for the pool felt unnecessary. It was an underwhelming experience and hard to recommend.

The windows were so dirty that I couldn’t enjoy the beautiful view, which was a shame. Aside from that, everything was exceptional. The food was really good, and I liked having a dedicated smoking area. Valet parking was especially helpful after a long day at work, since I didn’t have to find a space myself. Great hotel with very professional staff.
