Sia Hotel Thermal & Spa

The staff made a big difference, they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself was elegant, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxing feel. We also really enjoyed the food, which was delicious, high quality, and had plenty of variety. A great experience from beginning to end, highly recommended.

The rooms and bathrooms were small for what we paid, and the furniture and beds felt dusty and dirty. Even though our room was supposed to be non-smoking, it strongly smelled of cigarettes. There was also an empty Pringles can behind the curtains, which made it seem like the room hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived. I've never checked into a room as unclean as the one at sia hotel bursa. We arrived at night after a long day of travel. Just one reception employee checked us in, parked our car with valet, carried our bags, and brought them upstairs. He treated us well, but having so few employees felt unprofessional. We initially brushed that off because it was late. We left after an hour or two and moved to another hotel, where we paid less for larger rooms and much better service. Still, we were charged for a night even though we couldn't bring ourselves to stay. My brief experience was horrible, and I hope nobody else has to go through the same thing at this hotel.

Breakfast was very good, with something to suit everyone, and the food was delicious with clearly good quality ingredients. The buffet staff were helpful, and the service overall was excellent. I asked for a Spanish omelette, and Chef Muslum made it perfectly, thank you very much. The hotel is clean and in a great location. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the spa area is peaceful. I left very happy and will come back.

The massage was one of the best I've ever had, really soothing and left me feeling refreshed. The staff were kind and professional, and everything felt peaceful and well organized from start to finish. The spa was clean, calm, and beautifully designed, a lovely place to relax. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing escape.
