We arrived tonight, 21st September, and the place has an awful feel to it. Our room stinks, the fridge doesn’t work, the bathroom is filthy, and its door is hanging off. We asked for twin beds but got a double. They said it would be changed in 30 minutes, but after two hours nothing had happened. At reception I asked for another room. The staff member seemed lazy and first said it wasn’t possible, then showed me a smaller room that was no better. They said it could be made into a twin tomorrow, but not tonight, and that we couldn’t move because there weren’t enough staff. Meanwhile, staff were sitting around smoking. Just awful. Stay away.

The owner and staff were so kind, and Kudret especially stood out. He’s hospitable, friendly, charismatic, and ready to help everyone 24/7. The rooms were clean and tidy, the sandy beach was large, and the food had plenty of variety. I chose Saygili beach hotel for my vacation and recommend staying there.

I’m still staying at Saygili beach hotel, and everything has been very good, from the rooms and food to the pool and beach. The owners and staff look after all the guests equally. Kudret deserves a special thank you. He’s always kind and extremely accommodating, and is there whenever you need something. I’d gladly come back.

We were nervous before arriving because the hotel reviews we’d read were so contradictory, but those worries turned out to be unfounded. The location is handy, with the beach a couple of minutes away and the old antique city about 20-25 minutes on foot along a very picturesque waterfront. The sandy beach has free umbrellas and sun loungers, and the water gets shallow near shore, so it felt very safe. The hotel is small, modern, compact, and cozy. Our room had all the furniture needed for a rest, comfortable mattresses, enough hangers, a wardrobe, mirror, bedside table, and the bathroom had what we needed too. It was cleaned daily, with towels changed every two days. The restaurant food was tasty and varied enough for everyone to find something they liked. The whole team worked smoothly, with everyone knowing their duties and doing them well. You can see the owner’s painstaking daily work and close attention behind that. The hotel creates the conditions for a complete and enjoyable holiday, and makes family celebrations especially pleasant and touching. I’m grateful to the owner for helping us celebrate my daughter’s birthday so beautifully, romantically, and deliciously. When my children had some health problems, the hotel also took incredible care of us and gave us all the help we needed. We had a wonderful time at SAYGILI BEACH Hotel. I’m very grateful to the whole team, especially the owner, a great professional and a person with rare human qualities. I liked the hotel very much and hope to stay there again.
