Podyum Apart

We spent one night here as a family, and I’d never stay again. The place was filthy and far too expensive for its condition. The room was stuffy, the floors sticky, and the furniture broken and damaged. The heater was on its lowest setting, so we were freezing. The sheets looked washed but were stained and disgusting; after we complained, they changed them. There wasn’t any toilet paper either. During the night, we heard banging, laughter, and other strange noises from other apartments. I went to the car several times and saw couples aged 18-20 coming and going throughout the night, which gave us a pretty clear idea of the hotel’s concept. It’s a terrible place in every way and unworthy of Bursa.

I was unsure after reading the reviews, but we stayed two nights without any problems and I was pleased. The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly, and the price quite reasonable. It didn’t match what those reviews had said. I also wanted to thank the management here.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. They had provided everything we might need in the room and bathroom. I had no complaints and would happily choose the place again. You can stay there with peace of mind.

I made all the reservation plans a day ahead, but when I arrived, the business said I’d misunderstood and that the price was unacceptable. They made me pay an extra 1500 TL, and I can’t forgive them for that.
