Belcekiz Beach Club - All Inclusive

We had the full package, with everything included and the drinks were good quality. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the entertainment was very good. A five-star hotel, no doubt, everything was 5 out of 5.

We enjoyed our three weeks, and the friendly staff looked after us well. The bathroom could use updating with a walk-in shower. Stepping out of the bath onto a wet floor felt dangerous.

The adults-only pool was lovely and quiet, but the staff there crossed a line. What started as water-gun fun turned into them picking us up and throwing us into the pool, which made us uncomfortable. At the bar, one staff member became fixated on one of my friends and wouldn't leave her alone throughout the holiday. I wouldn't be surprised if the bar staff knew the men who were targeting us. We had some nice moments too, but the bad ones spoiled the trip. Three male guests made us uncomfortable by staring at us at the pool, even splitting up to watch us from three different corners, so we went back to our room early. We kept seeing them watching us elsewhere, including at the bar. One followed a friend to the toilet, and thankfully another male guest noticed and waited outside for her. I later went to the toilet and another man followed me. We didn't want things to go further, but staff at the bar told us only to report it if the men touched us. We saw the manager speak with them, but it didn't stop them. Reception took down the details and gave us the same response. Thankfully nothing further happened, but the incidents ruined our time. Other guests also told us their behaviour seemed strange and unacceptable. The food was really good, and the Sunday roast was surprisingly like home. The cocktails were pretty good too, though special ones like porn star martinis and margaritas cost extra. Entertainment was good but repetitive. The rooms let us down as well. The duvet felt like a big paper towel, and it was very strange to sleep under. We don't need a pretty room, but comfort matters. It's a shame, because I think this wouldn't have happened if we'd come with a male and we might have had a lovely holiday.

Our room was a bit small, but that didn't bother us since we only used it to sleep and shower. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and housekeeping cleaned daily and replaced the water. There was lots to do and see, with good entertainment through the day and evening, plus a private beach. Food was outstanding, with a good range of dishes, puddings, ice cream, and snacks. The staff were amazing and catered to all our needs without making anything feel like too much trouble. My partner and I are already saving to come back next year. I can't fault this place!
