Han Deluxe Hotel

The hotel is clean, tidy, and well looked after, and the staff are super friendly and always willing to help. I’ve stayed here before and came back, which says a lot, especially with so many returning guests. I’ll definitely return again.

I’ve been here many times, but just got back on Saturday and it’ll be my last. The hotel has gone downhill. Staff were very unfriendly and didn’t seem to care. Breakfast was such a joke that we had to get a fry-up elsewhere. Around the pool it was a towel fight to get a bed, and once you found one, you were packed in like sardines. The room felt like a youth hostel, and the cleaners barely did anything. For a hotel calling itself 4 star, this was in a very poor state. I’d give it 1 star, and the unfriendly waiters and management need a lesson in customer service. The R family

The pool staff, Ibo and Gizzy, made our holiday special. They were always smiling, whatever the time, and went out of their way to help us. We had some great evenings at the pool bar. We stayed 11 nights, and it was lovely and quiet. I’d go back just to see Ibo and Gizzy and their special little girl 🤗🤗 September 2024

The hotel sits by the Monday market, near Memories and the large roundabout at the top of the Hisonaru strip. It’s a Turkish family-run place; English isn’t widely spoken, but the family are very friendly and try their best. We enjoyed our stay and would return, though I’d bring a translation app. Rooms have electronic safes, air conditioning, fridges, and small balconies with just enough space for a table and two chairs. We had three single beds in one room, which felt a bit cramped. A kettle was provided, but no water, tea, or coffee. Cleaners came four times during our 10 days and did a good job. The hotel was spotless, and there’s CCTV in the corridors. When something went wrong, it was fixed straight away. The pool was lovely and rarely busy. There were only three umbrellas, but no sunbed wars, as people shared. Prices were 50tl for a Coke on the first day and £1 for a small bottle of water. On the second day, a glass of Coke had gone up to over £5 with no explanation. They need a price list. Breakfast was included, but it wasn’t clear what we could have, and it seemed to change in the second week. We weren’t that interested in breakfast, so gave up.
