Hotel Pine Valley

Our room at Pine Valley was dark, with poor lighting, no internet, and a view straight across the path into another room. The tiny balcony got no sun, and people walking past could look inside. Breakfast had a good selection, but most of it was cold, and there was no kettle for making tea or coffee. We checked in Friday and left this morning, though we were meant to stay until October 6. Thank goodness we found a room at ocean blue. Never again. They also charged twenty pounds for a safe deposit box we used for three days, not ten.

The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff were friendly and kind. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay at Pina Valley Hotel. We had a great experience.

HARRY was brilliant, especially with my grandkids and their very picky eating habits. The staff were all 10/10. I stayed for a week with my daughter and grandkids and was happy with the hotel and its facilities. You get what you pay for, so the rooms were basic but clean. We had a few hiccups when we first arrived, but they fixed them within an hour. It's a nice hotel and I'd definitely come back one day. Thanks again, David and Gaynor 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The pool stayed spotless and was a great place to unwind during the day. We were welcomed by friendly staff when we arrived, and the clean, comfortable rooms and generous breakfast selection made us feel at home. The interior was elegant yet cozy. We had a wonderful vacation here, and found it peaceful and well managed. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, quality getaway.
