Lagoon Boutique-hotel

The room was small, dark and outdated. The double bed was just 130 cm wide, so two people struggled to fit. The sliding door, which you need to open for fresh air, was see-through, so people walking past could see us. For what they charge, it definitely wasn't worth the price. Breakfast was fries every day, with no choice of anything else. The staff were friendly, but were almost never around when we needed them. Several times we wanted advice about a taxi or something else and they weren't at the hotel. We got no suggestions for attractions or sightseeing. I asked to cancel one night, but they ignored the request. Since they weren't available and checkout time passed, we had to stay. The location is fine and the beach is right in front, but walking to the center takes around 20 minutes. For this price range, I expected more. I don't recommend this hotel.

We camped here for six nights in November, and the location was beautiful. Buran, the owner, gave us tips on places to see, and we got to go fishing with him every day. The bar and restaurant guys were really nice too. We had delicious vegetarian gozleme and fresh fish. Definitely a place to stay when you're going to the blue lagoon.

The beach setting is beautiful, with pedalos and other water toys. Fish swim close to shore, and if you're lucky, you may spot turtles in the lagoon. The only downside was how much the food cost.

The location near town was the only plus. This was the worst hotel experience I've had, and I was so upset to have wasted my time there. It wasn't worth the price. The manager we first met was nice but never around. The other partner was very rude, often drunk around the bar, where the music was very loud. It was dirty everywhere, rooms weren't cleaned every day, and there was no privacy in the room. If you needed anything, staff ignored you. Breakfast was the same every day, and all the staff were always drunk around the bar. Ordering from the kitchen could end in a huge bill before checkout. This is a very disrespectful hotel, and I can't recommend visiting or vacationing here.
