The location couldn't be better, but the stay was awful for what we paid, 220€ a night. We booked a side-view duplex, apartment no. 513 on the fourth floor, by calling the property. Natalia took our booking for five adults and a 20-month-old baby. I was clear that we'd arrive around 11 pm to midnight after travelling all day, so everything needed to be checked and stocked, and we shouldn't need to call late at night. After flight delays, which happen a lot in Turkey, we arrived exhausted. The security guard barely helped with the luggage and baby cot, then left. The main bedroom AC didn't work. There was no technical help or room change. Four of us spent nearly a couple of hours messaging and talking with Natalia, our contact, but got nowhere. We ended up sleeping on the living room carpet, with the baby, and weren't even given extra bedding. Natalia was rude and suggested opening the windows in Antalya's hot, humid weather. When we asked for a discount or other compensation, she threatened us with police and lawyers. She never apologized. There were only four small 250-300 ml bottles of water for six people on the first night. At 12:30 am I had to go to a nearby market for more after a long day. I had to ask every day for water to be refilled because they never did it. Don't expect manners or courtesy. I've never had such pathetic hospitality. The living bathroom was maybe 16-20 square feet, no more than 20. The smaller room was around 60-65 square feet and so cramped we kept bumping our feet or knees on the furniture. There was extra cupboard space. The electric kettle was dirty, with white residue. We stayed four nights. My first night was about as bad as it gets.

What luck to find this place! We weren't sure at first, so we split our trip between two places, and this was the second one. The welcome was lovely, and the staff were very hospitable. They gave us the keys and instructions quickly and clearly. There were some room issues, so we got upgraded, and it was an amazing upgrade: a penthouse duplex with two beds, two toilets, a living room, two balconies, all the kitchen accessories, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and more. The balcony view was incredible. The Uzbek fusion restaurant downstairs served amazing pliaf, which made the trip even better. Five stars for the service, and totally recommended!

The apartment suited our family of five really well. We had a duplex suite for seven nights with amazing panoramic views, and it was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were attentive, and Ellen arranged an extra bed. The cleaning lady emptied the bins and brought fresh laundry as soon as we asked. We had a fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and basic cooking facilities, so we could self-cater fairly comfortably. Breakfast at Quzu was very nice, even though it was mostly the same each day. It couldn't be served before 10 am, so on mornings when we had an early start Ellen arranged a basic evening meal at Quzu instead, which we really appreciated. Room service was available too, and transfers to and from the hotel were high quality and well organized. Before we arrived, Natalia and Ellen were quick and reassuring on WhatsApp. We got in late at night, and Ellen quickly answered my messages about getting into the apartment after hours. Thanks to Natalia, Ellen and the team. The hotel is right on the seafront in Konyaatli, so it's a busy, noisy area, probably especially so in high season. The restaurant had a party on our first night that was reasonably loud until maybe 1 am. We'd brought earplugs just in case because we'd heard the restaurant might be noisy. We didn't really need them this time, but they could be useful with young kids. We were there in early April, and the pool wasn't open, which disappointed the kids, though the weather was good enough anyway. We'd definitely stay again if we come back to Antalya. I'd recommend Only One Suites & Residences if you want a quality apartment in Konyaalti.
