Oludeniz Suite Hotel

It felt like home, and I met wonderful people, Turkish and international. The atmosphere is friendly and social, and the staff are so easygoing and welcoming. The hostel is right by a bus stop and a supermarket. I really didn’t want to leave, and I’ll be back :)

You can cook in the kitchen, which was a nice bonus. I loved staying here: the owner and workers are awesome, and the vibe is relaxed. It’s conveniently located in the city, with the region's attractions a bus ride away. I’d recommend it!

Heat and mosquitoes were the two big problems for me. My first room had no air conditioning or fans, so I had to open the windows at night to keep the temperature bearable. But there were no bug screens, and mosquitoes got into the rooms, showers, hallways, and everywhere else. In summer it was nearly enough to make me move elsewhere. Maybe it would be less of an issue in winter. I really encourage the owners to add air conditioning and/or fans in every room and do something about the mosquitoes, such as screens, nets, or repellent. This could be a wonderful hostel. The location itself is ideal. Buses to the beach and Fethiye stop right outside, and the nightlife area of Hisarönü is close enough to walk back from. Since the hostel isn't in the center of Hisarönü, noise wasn't an issue. My second room did have air conditioning.

The people running the hostel are nice, and it has an easygoing vibe. The room and bed were good, and I thought the price was fair.
