Lost Elsiyum Hotel - Half Board

Turhan, the owner, was really kind, and the hotel was lovely. The pool was so lush, and we could swim at night because staff were there around the clock. The space was very clean.

Be careful, this is a scam. The hotel is closed. They charge you and leave you out on the street.

The person who welcomed us, a blonde woman whose name I don't know, was very helpful. She was trying to save the hotel but didn't have the power to do so. I'm giving two stars for her efforts. We picked this hotel because of its low online price. The reception and room were acceptable for what we paid, and we'd booked half-board. The website said meals were buffet style, but dinner turned out to be a single dish in a pot, so we didn't eat it. The place was dirty and not hygienic at all. The pool was full of filth. I had to go in to get wet, but I didn't even put my head under the water. The hotel needs cleaning and maintenance. I definitely don't recommend it.

We booked through Hotels.com, but the hotel was deserted when we arrived. The contact number in the email told us it had closed three months earlier and that the closure had been reported to the website. They said we'd get a refund. Two weeks have passed and there's still no refund. I contacted Hotels.com, and after speaking to the hotel representative, they claimed we'd gone to a hotel and hadn't liked it. That's completely untrue. There was no hotel there. We're still trying to get our money back. These people have no conscience.
