I’d like to thank Ms, Tuba, our host, for the care she gave us. The staff were warm and attentive from arrival, and the service made me feel looked after. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I also enjoyed the pool area, spa treatments and on-site dining, with a good range of local and international food. I left feeling refreshed and impressed. A memorable, relaxing stay, and I’d happily return.

The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, while the hotel itself felt like a peaceful break from the crowds. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the pool.snaxk bar restaurant served tasty meals with plenty of local and international choices. Breakfast had fresh options for different tastes. Our spacious, spotless room had a breathtaking view of Baba mountain, a comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom amenities. The hotel team welcomed us warmly and went out of their way to make the stay memorable. We came away relaxed and recharged, and would happily return.

The place looks good after its recent renovation, but the service was a letdown. At reception, the woman didn’t speak English and didn’t try to help, making things difficult from arrival through check-out. When we asked for clean sheets and new bathroom products, they gave us shower gel that was half used by a previous guest. That’s not acceptable for a hotel calling itself luxury. They charged 60 Turkish lira for each bottle of water every day, though most hotels provide it free. The breakfast area is outdoors and was so hot it was uncomfortable to eat there. The car park is also closed from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., so we couldn’t reach our car during those hours. The poor service, extra charges and parking arrangements spoiled our stay.

We felt welcome from the start, with a personalized card and bottle of wine waiting for us. The staff were attentive and friendly, and Turgut from the service team was especially kind and thorough, making sure we had what we needed. There’s free parking right in front, which was handy. Casa Luma Hotel is modern and newly built, with beautiful design details. It’s a short walk from the city center but still calm and peaceful. Our room was spacious, spotless and cozy, and the breakfast was fresh, delicious and had plenty of sweet and savory choices. The pool was a personal highlight, with crystal-clear water instead of chlorine. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the service made the holiday even better. It’s a lovely place to unwind. We’ll definitely return and recommend Casa Luma Hotel to anyone visiting Fethiye.
