Thirteen of us spent the week at Ozalp. The accommodation was basic but clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Musa and Valerie were great with the bar and food. We had a brilliant week.

I wasn’t satisfied at all. Customer satisfaction and attention were both zero for me. Things in the rooms were broken, there was no hairdryer, and the air conditioner didn’t work. I’d never recommend it.
