The Grand Üçel Hotel

We came here for a wedding, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. All-inclusive was worth it, even though there are other places around. The drinks were good, the food was really good, and there was tea all day. The pool and other facilities are fab, with plenty of umbrellas and loungers, plus a waterpark attached to the hotel. Air conditioning is available in most rooms, which is worth having when it’s very hot. We’d visit again and again for fun and relaxation.

The rooms are small and dirty, and there are no mosquito nets. The food is disgusting, there’s no WiFi, and the hair dryer doesn’t work.

This was our fifth stay in as many years, and we really enjoyed being back at The Grand Ucel. It works especially well for families with young children, thanks to the Aqua Park within the hotel complex. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is great, and the hotel generally feels safe. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, especially at Reception, which is one of the main reasons we keep returning. I’d still suggest investing in a decent Wi-Fi system and perhaps a dedicated playroom for children. Looking forward to coming back next year. ;-)

Really friendly, great value, and the slides are included.
