It was wonderful and worth every lira. The host was welcoming and stayed up late waiting for us to check in. The place was well equipped and very clean, and there's a cafe next door.

The location is lovely, right in central Ordu, with a supermarket, bakery, and coffee shop beside the hotel and a chocolate factory nearby. I really appreciate how much the owner, Mr. Abu Muhammad, helped us during our trip. He's a very respectable man who didn't leave us short of anything. Our clean apartment had three rooms, a living room, and two bathrooms, with clean furniture. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. There's an elevator, air conditioning in every room, and a washing machine. There aren't wardrobes in the rooms, but the large ones in the living room by the entrance were enough.

The apartment was good overall, clean, and the furniture was in good shape, but I felt it was below its value for a couple of reasons. The bathrooms were in very poor condition and needed maintenance. We also had power and water outages. That might have happened only during my stay, I'm not sure. Many thanks to our Iraqi brother, Hussein, for the warm welcome and excellent manners.
