The people were nice and I found the place comfortable, though the rooms are pretty old. I guess that’s part of its charm. There’s a market about 700m away, handy if you’ve forgotten your toothbrush like I did. A six-minute drive also gets you to a nearby tourist town full of bars and cafes.

For a peaceful break, I’d recommend this place to anyone who loves Dalyan and wants to enjoy its mix of culture and sea. Whether you come as a couple or in a crowd, the clean, spacious homes and the friendly smiles from Mithat bey and his wife make it easy to relax. It works well if you’re driving, though getting around Dalyan without a car isn’t a problem either. Of course, it depends where you want to go. Dalaman, Köyceğiz, Sarıgerme, Ekincik, iztuzu, lakes, sea, forests, and then yuvarlak çay too. What more could you ask for?

Reasonable prices and an easy walk to the center, plus the comfort of a villa and a clean pool. A perfect base for a Dalyan holiday, and it should be among the top five in the Dalyan Ortaca area.

We stayed during the holiday and found the place very clean and reasonably priced. The pool is a little deep if you can’t swim.
