We booked at the last minute and were very happy with what we found. The price for the quality is excellent, and the management were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well kept, with everything looking polished and new. No mould or blocked drains. The pool was cleaned every day, and the air conditioning was strong enough to keep the room cool even when we were out, which felt great when we got back from a trip. It’s a small hotel, so don’t expect a huge breakfast buffet, but what they served was always fresh and tasty. We’d absolutely recommend it.

The hotel was very clean, with a good breakfast and a nice pool. The restaurant was a bit pricey, and the walk to the beach takes about 30-40 minutes. The management could be more welcoming, with a greeting and a smile for guests. They also need a suitable receptionist who can speak English. I’d definitely come back if they smiled at me 😁

We arrived at Deniz hotel in Sarıgerme Muğla at 14:00 on 01 July 2022, after travelling by bus from Istanbul for 15 hours. My husband and I paid 1700 tr for two nights. Our room was near the pool, and the music was bothering us even though nobody was in the pool or around it. We asked them to turn it down or move us to another room, but they didn’t help at all. After 30 minutes, we decided to leave. They refused to refund any part of our deposit, and when we protested about how they treated us, they called the jandarma. We were really unhappy and frustrated. We went back to İstanbul that evening with bad memories of them and of Muğla as a whole. There was no hospitality, kindness, or help with solving our problem.
