I loved the central location, especially in early November when evenings were cooler. Dalyan was starting to close for the season, but there were still enough bars and restaurants open. I stayed alone for five nights in the first-floor King room. It was spacious, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning that also worked as a heater, TV, fridge, kettle, and a clean shower room with a hairdryer. The balcony looks over the pool and the town car park at the back. One thing to watch, the balcony has two levels and a fairly steep step that's hard to spot in the photos. The hosts were relaxed and easygoing.

The location was central for buses, tour pickups, taxis, the Saturday market, boat trips, restaurants, and cafés. Breakfast was excellent, and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. We had a balcony overlooking the pool. The accommodation was excellent value and worth every penny. Layla helped us settle into our room in the early hours and arranged transport from the airport. Everyone there had nothing but admiration for how smoothly she runs the place, and many couples were returning guests. I'd highly recommend it for solo travellers, couples, and families. Thank you, Layla. We'll be booking for next year shortly.

I didn't stay here myself, but a friend did. Non-residents are welcome, and Lalay, the owner, and her lovely son are happy to help with anything. The garden is beautiful, with different places to sit, and the atmosphere is so lovely you'd never guess the main road is only yards away. The breakfast looked amazing, with lots to choose from, and the sandwiches were lovely too. Just a fabulous place. Thanks.

It's newly opened, with clean, modern rooms and a nice breakfast. A small, friendly, family-owned place, very central to everything.
