Ilkim Apart

We only stayed briefly at İlkim Apart, but found it clean, quiet, and safe. It’s close to Dalyan’s natural attractions, which is handy if you want to explore the area. We spent most of our holiday outdoors, so cleanliness, comfort, and especially an affordable price were what we needed. İlkim Apart delivered on those and offers outstanding value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend it if you want a peaceful place to stay while enjoying Dalyan.

We had a wonderful holiday. Ms. Gülçin and her daughters made us feel at home with their warm, friendly manner. And the breakfast jams were delicious, simply wonderful. Thank you for everything. 🙏🙏🙏

The apartment’s best feature was its proximity to the center. Beyond that, we had several problems during our stay last night at Dalyan Ilkim Apart. The kitchen equipment was makeshift and very inadequate, so I wouldn’t choose this place if you plan to cook. The balcony barely fits two people, and the air conditioning compressor makes it almost impossible to sit there. We’d hoped to have coffee on the balcony but couldn’t because there wasn’t room. The rooms were stuffy and had a strong odor. There was no shower cabin and nowhere to hang towels. We were quite inconvenienced, and I hope they make changes so future guests don’t run into the same issues.

Good value for money and centrally located. The owner was friendly and helpful, though the rooms were a bit mediocre.
