Cimse Hotel

I stayed one night on May 7th, thanks to my father’s union. The place was clean, convenient, and very close to Kızılay Square. The staff were friendly and helpful. Now I’ve got somewhere to stay when work brings me to Ankara. Wishing you all the best.

I was here on a business trip and found both the hotel and rooms really clean. It was quiet and peaceful as well. Breakfast was a little limited, but enough for my stay, and I was satisfied.

The location is good, but the service was very poor. The breakfast area was awful, with dirty tables that weren’t cleaned. It felt more like a slum hotel in Baghdad, Iraq, than a place in Ankara. When we asked for cleaning, they said it was done every two days. There wasn’t even water in the rooms, and the trash wasn’t taken out when rooms were cleaned. We brought food in and asked for plates and forks, but they said they couldn’t give us any. I was surprised. We weren’t satisfied at all. Staying in a tent in Kızılay Square would have been better. I hope the service approach improves.

The staff were friendly, and it was nice to find a clean, pleasant hotel in a quiet area within walking distance of the Red Crescent. We’d thought only union staff could stay, but it’s open to everyone. Breakfast may look small, but it’s just right for one person.
