I stayed three nights and found the hotel very good overall, so I’d recommend it. The staff were friendly and spoke English, and breakfast was excellent. The room furniture was old but acceptable, and the air conditioning, fridge, and TV worked very well. The carpet in the corridor is badly worn and should be replaced soon. My main complaint was how weak the lighting was in room 107.

We really enjoyed our two days here and will certainly come back. The rooms were clean, breakfast was basic, and the staff were kind. The manager was especially helpful. It’s right in the middle of Kızılay area, a wonderful place for shopping. I love Ankara.

The AC leaked water all over the floor and they couldn’t fix it. With the room already too hot and the AC not working properly, sleeping was impossible. Their only response was that they were sorry and couldn’t do anything. Cleaning wasn’t very good either, and getting an extra pillow took a long time. The hotel isn’t worth staying at even if it’s cheap. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The receptionist spoke English fluently, which was really helpful for people like me who can’t speak Turkish. Our room was clean and the bathroom was great. They also provided meals for Muslim fasting. Really loved it ❤️

The food and olive quality were good, and the breakfast buffet was nice. I do wish they had juice or cola. All the staff were respectful and experienced in hotel work, especially Mr Nuh.
