For the price, it was really convenient. Our airport ride for five people cost 130tl. The basement apartment was spacious, with three single beds, one double, a living room with sofas, a nice shower, a fridge, kettle, and an open stove, plus the basic crockery. The room size and beds were normal, not too small or especially large. There were heaters, but they didn't warm the place enough to make it toasty. We were there in winter, so didn't need fans. There was no iron in the room, so you may need to ask for one. Most TV channels were cable, and you'll need a universal socket adapter for your chargers. A bus passes around the corner every 5-7 minutes and can take you to the main city. There's a really nice nearby restaurant known as ugur Aspava. And remember, be nice to people and they'll be nice to you.

A comfortable, very economical option for a family. The location worked well, with groceries, a bistro, and other shops close by, and both taxis and Bus 317 can get there easily. Mr Ekram, the owner, and Mr Murat, the housekeeper, were especially helpful and cooperative.

The neighborhood felt safe and was very good, with lots of luxurious places nearby. The property was clean, and management were respectful and quick to respond. The bus stop is just around the corner, with a ride straight to the city center for 3 TL. Prices around here are a little higher, but it's worth it.

For the price, the place was fair. There were extra costs that hadn't been mentioned when I booked, and the building had no security, which was another drawback.
